We have an extra, exterior window allowing in plenty of light and providing a spectacular sunrise view. This modern unit has 1 BR and 1 Bath with a sleeper sofa and has 490 sq ft of oceanfront views. The private covered balcony is an excellent place to relax and watch the sunset. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals.
