But you are also near all the conveniences you want. There are four shopping centers right across the street with many restaurants, shops, and services so that you do not have to drive anywhere. Royal Mauian attracts many returning visitors.A beautiful roof garden features BBQ grills, a kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, sink and serving bar, as well as outside dining areas with tables and chairs. 360-Degree view of roof garden includes the majestic Haleakala, West Maui, islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho’olawe. Great for whale watching in winter.Oceanfront swimming pool is close, but you do not hear the noise or see the pool from the condo. Pool is kept at very comfortable temperature.Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini island. Dive boats leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants located around the condo or in Wailea are very convenient. Venture out to 10,000 feet high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horse-back riding.~~~~~Cancellation~~~~~STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY• A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New year’s, 120+ days for Long-Stay of 28+ nights).• For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund minus a handling fee will be issued for reservations paid in full.Please note: We do not make exceptions to our cancellation/refund policies.
