‘A Shore Thing’ is a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom, handicapped accessible, four story vacation rental dream house. Elevator access (40″wide x 45″ deep cab) to every floor and handicapped accessible (ADA) master suite in main level (sliding board transfer from WC to shower ** NOT A WHEEL IN SHOWER ** / toilet and open sink to wheel under). Four (4) master suites, each with private bathrooms and all with an ocean view and private / personal ‘romeo & Juliet balcony’. A children’s room will feature 3 sets of bunk beds (5 twins and 1 queen) for a total of 6 beds. Every bedroom with flat-screen TVs and new mattresses (2016) Top floor features a billiard / game room with a tiki hut. Main (1st floor) features a large open kitchen with island, 2 dishwashers, screened porch and open porch with built in 30′ Lynx gas grill. There’s a Sonos sound system with speakers in the living room, kitchen, screen porch, billiard room, and garage. Stairs off of open porch lead directly to the beach, where a landing with seating / cooler storage and an outdoor shower will be located. Underneath the house is parking for 6 cars/SUVs, plus driveway parking. Granite countertops throughout. This is a gorgeous new home on folly, designed and built for vacationing. Very close proximity to the end of the island which makes for a very quite and private beach experience and improved view of ocean and the river on the opposite side (visible from billiard room).
