This professionally decorated 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths beach house offers comfort, luxury, privacy, and relaxation. Just a couple blocks down the street you will find Pine Avenue which offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other activities for you to enjoy during your stay.Upon entering you are greeted by a charming lanai – the perfect spot to relax with family and friends, read a book, play games and just get out of the sun. As you enter the house, the updated shiny terrazzo floors greet you as you walk into the new kitchen offering grey and white shaker cabinets with brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The new open concept living room offers vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to relax and watch your favorite movie or that must see sports game. This space is great for entertaining the family and relaxing after a long day soaking in the sun on the beach. Cook your favorite meals in the brand new fully equipped Kitchen, or light up the gas barbecue by the huge private pool and spa for a cookout with your family and friends. The private saltwater pool and heated spa offers a deck on Lake Marsha. Enjoy fishing from this dock or kayaking on this saltwater lake (kayaks not provided). Just off the Open concept living room/kitchen you will find a split plan offering 3 bedrooms with 2 ensuites and a 4th bedroom just off the living room. Leave your car parked (4 spaces provided) – the town is very walkable, and our islands free trolley is only a short stroll away on Pine Ave. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet!
