We have purchased good Wi-Fi service and will work for most work requirements, but due to our location cannot guarantee availability 100% of the time.There are exterior cameras at the doors. These cameras are active by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.House Rules:- No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. You will be charged for damages (including extra charges for cleaning) and an $1,000 fine.- We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. Guests must purchase travel insurance to cover weather and all other issues.- No parties or events are allowed. As a family vacation destination, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.- In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind.
