This self-catering villa will surely feel like a home away from home and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The villa has fantastic eastern views of the sea and the mountains. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use.- Layout -The living room has leather couches, TV with satellite channels, DVD, audio, wood floors, and French doors that open to the patio that has one of the best views to the sea and of the golf course. The living and dining area has air conditioning at an additional cost upon request which cools the whole villa nicely. Dining area has a nice modern dining set with six chairs. The terrace has natural grass and nice landscaping with views to the golf course, the mountains and the sea. The dining area on the terrace seats six.Bedroom one has a king size bed and great open window that gives you access to the patio. Bedroom two also has a king size bed.Bathroom one has double vanity sinks, walk in shower, WC, very modern.Bathroom two has a vanity sink, WC and walk-in shower.There is a Children’s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day.
