Fully renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Oceanside single family home in the heart of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island. Walk to all the attractions (Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Mini-Golf, etc) located just a few blocks from the house. The beach is just two short blocks away too! Recent updates include a brand new kitchen, large great room, cabana room off pool,large master suite, new bathrooms, air conditioning throughout the entire home, New Outdoor shower, a quiet landscaped backyard and hardwood floors throughout.New for summer 2022 a Junior Master Suite with ensuite bath!!!Saturday to Saturday rentals only in “high season” June 15th-September 9th 2024Early September weeks and late September/October weekends are also available.Weekend rentals considered in non high season datesPet Fee of $250 dollars if approved pet is accommodatedNote:we do not provide linens, all guests must bring their own Linens. We can provide the names of a local company for rentals upon request.Note: As of October 1st 2018 all short term rentals booked through online market places are required to charge sales tax 6.625% and occupancy tax of 5% to be applied to the rental amount.
