Description

We are thrilled to offer our awesome Maine farmhouse, ready to go in many ways, with big plans for its updating & renovation over time. Come & enjoy your very own stony seaside Maine beach, while living right next door to Acadia National Park. A Solo stove perfect for outdoor gatherings (marshmallows allowed!) at waters edge as tides come & go in concert with the moon. See Bass Harbor come to life every morning, and call it a day to the most magnificent sunsets anywhere. Plenty of room for all.Legendary farmhouse with ample spaces for many, listed among historic homes of Tremont & Bass Harbor, with lawn cascading down to your own beach on Bass Harbor proper. Four BRs upstairs and one down, full kitchen amenities, tho’ dated & a bit retro, everything you need. Best news – it’s a year-round house, so if she comes in chilly from the nor’east, you can turn on the heat! Or huddle outdoors by the Solo stove, down by ageless Bass Harbor itself. We strongly prefer week-long, Friday to Friday rentals. Please accommodate if possible; our thanks in advance.
