Then watch a movie on a 52-inch TV in the outdoor living room or even poolside. Lots of games, including a brand new pickleball court and shuffleboard, as well as an outdoor Ping-Pong table, Cornhole, and tetherball, provide added fun. Adults can enjoy the infrared sauna after a long day on the beach. Relax on the huge ocean-view deck or screened porch and enjoy the Seascape! Open sunny decks and an extra family room with a 52-inch TV will make your week very enjoyable. Four of the bedrooms offer excellent ocean views where you are sure to be spoiled! Additional amenities include a 52-inch TV in the living room and TVs in all bedrooms, DVD players, free WiFi, a screened porch, basketball, volleyball, foosball, and air hockey.THINGS TO KNOWThe pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
