Guests enter Ocean Therapy by taking the Shipwatch building D elevator (or the community staircase) to the 2nd floor and entering the front door of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway, which leads to the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Both of the home’s bedrooms and bathrooms are located off of the kitchen and entryway areas. You’ll enjoy the peaceful views of the ocean and sand dunes from the kitchen, dining & living room areas as well as the master bedroom. You may access the private balcony from either the living room or master bedroom. There is a washing machine & dryer near the kitchen.COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES. It will only close for occasional weather issues, periodic maintenance or state closure requirements.NO PETS; NO SMOKING.
