Step outside and enjoy a dip in the totally gated, private pool or soak in the poolside hot tub. Enjoy some shade and sip your favorite beverage at the poolside cabana bar. There is even a half bath located just off the pool deck, so no trips inside the house! Two park style charcoal grills are located on the pool deck for grilling those family feasts!The mid level is home to four Queen primary bedrooms, all with deck access and two with TVs. Enjoy some shade while sitting on the mid level decks and taking in the ocean air.The top level features the coastally appointed great room with 36′ TV with Blu-Ray player, surround sound, and gas fireplace. The well-appointed kitchen offers granite counters, double dishwashers and a breakfast bar. A separate dining area provides table seating and there’s an elevated dining area with more seating.Just off the great room is a half bath. Up a half-level is an elevated ship’s watch for reading or relaxing. Rounding out the inside of this lovely home is a main bedroom with a jetted tub, TV, and private deck access.
