124 4th Street is an oceanside single-family home in the heart of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island New Jersey. This home was updated in winter 2022 and offers a large open floor plan (living room, kitchen and dining area), an enclosed and air conditioned sun porch on the front of the house with a queen sleeper sofa, a private deck off the master bedroom and a private back yard setting. There is also an indoor/outdoor cabana house with seating. This ideal location is very close to the beach and only a few blocks away from the attractions of Beach Haven including Fantasy Island (2 blocks away), Bay Village (4 blocks away), Thundering Surf Water Park (3 blocks away) and much more! There is off street parking for one car, street parking in front of the house, and 4 beach badges are including with the rental price. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included.
