This family-friendly home has games, stereo, DVD players and in the living room a flat screen TV with a sound system to enjoy movie night. Relax with a good book in the loft with ocean horizon views.You’ll also enjoy access to the community tennis courts in the Ocean Sands community. It is just a short walk or bike ride to shopping, restaurants, and golf.Sheets and towels are provided at Knob Hill East.Layout:Ground Level: Laundry area, parking, charcoal grill, enclosed outdoor shower, half bath.Mid Level: Entry into den with a flat screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed and deck access, a bunk and twin bedroom and a full hall bath with tub/shower combo, a bedroom with two twin beds, stairs to the top level living area.Top Level: Living area with two sliding doors to deck access, dining for 8 and kitchen with an island and three bar stools, queen bedroom, full hall bath with tub/shower combo, stairs to the loft area where there is a sleeper sofa and a fold out small twin/chair.
