From the large lanai/balcony. and from the den, master bedroom, or pool area, observe dophins playing in the Atlantic. This top floor condo (Penthouse) is part of a 14 unit condo complex (Pier Pointe) with gated entrances but no obstructions between it and the beautiful Ocean. (Please note, this condo is on the third floor & is accessible only by stairs.) The Pool is also ocean side. Swedish beech wood covers all floors with the exception of the baths, where solid porcelain tile abounds. All counter tops in baths and in the kitchen are beautifully enhanced with granite.
