Our Oceanside Treasure offers water views from both sides of this gorgeous condo. From inside the unit, you step out onto your private, wide balcony and enjoy unobstructed, panoramic views of the Gulf and the white sandy beaches below and perfect sunsets. This condo also features wonderful amenities like pool, spa, fitness center, tennis court, billiards room, library, and social room.Perfectly located just south of Clearwater Beach, you can walk or take the trolley to all the action. Or, you can stay in the quieter area of private beach in front of the condo building.This high end direct Gulf front condo feels more like a private beach resort than a condo. Enter the elegant foyer through double entry doors and let the views blow you away from the master bedroom, kitchen and living area. The beach condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast nook. The breakfast nook has a private balcony which overlooks the tennis court area. The open space living area has beach views along with the master bedroom, the master bedroom features a king bed . The beachfront balcony extends width of the master bedroom and living room. The second bedroom features 2 full beds along with a private balcony.Note: This condo is a 1-2 week minimum. Please do not book for less then two weeks without prior approval first. This condo can NOT be booked if we are within eight nights of your check in date.The beach club offers 24/7 security, heated pool & spa, tennis court, a bbq area, a large party room with kitchen, billiards room and a fitness center which includes a therapeutic hot tub, sauna and steam room. Of course private beach access to the beautiful Sand Key beach and the GULF OF MEXICO are just steps out your back door. Walk to great restaurants and shops. Only 35 minutes to Tampa International Airport.
