OceanSong is an upscale beach house on the south end of Plum Island. It’s just 140 steps to an uncrowded, sandy ocean beach and a five minute walk to the National Wildlife Refuge. Island restaurants are in walking distance and Newburyport’s quaint shops, restaurants and nightlife are four miles away.The beach house has walkout sliders to decks on three sides and an outside shower. The interior is set in a white and natural oak motif with hardwood floors, tide clock, charts and recessed lighting to create an upscale, beachy feel. The main level features an open living room and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths and a sunroom. The second level sports a loft and bedroom with skylights.
