Departure clean will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum + tax. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the unit & is at the sole discretion of Setai Resort & Residences.– Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. The reservation will be considered pending until the agreement is completed and submitted with a copy of your identification.
