This 100 year old home is loaded with charm and was the queen of the shore in its hey day. This charming 1st Floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit went through a “down to the studs” remodel in the winter of 2022. All new appliances, furniture, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar. This unit welcomes you, family, friends or reunion to ocean living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 6 beach badges provided. Don’t worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.You will never want to leave front porch. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience. This home may also be your potential cozy winter getaway, the ocean is beautiful year round!. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking.
