Fully equipped Kitchen with bar top dining for four. The living room offers a smart TV over the bartop and a full-sized sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area.As you walk through the living space you will find the queen bedroom to the right with a window AC unit and bathroom to the left. The bathroom features a stall shower.Private association beach just steps away away front the front door. There is parking for 2 cars, front to back, along the white fence and dunes in the driveway (the parking along the building is for the front unit in the building).The property includes a gas grill and outdoor shower (not enclosed) used for rinsing those sandy days at the beach away.With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag contains 1 roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap and dish soap.
