We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest$ – Refunds won’t be given for dings on the wall, and stains on the couch etc…⮕ – This unit is under the community deck. We do our best to keep noise from neighbors at a minimum$ – Refunds will not be given for issues with the community areas⮕ – Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in⮕ – Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstancesᶻ – We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed – If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given♨ – We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase⚠ – During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment
