Hello, we are a local Sandbridge family offering a 7 Bedroom, 4 bath beach property named Sandy Pants!!Please note this is a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental. Multiple weeks are welcomed but please choose Saturday check in and check outs only!Just a short walk from a direct beach access, Sandy Pants boasts seven-bedroom, four-bathrooms. Sandy is perfect for large family and friend get-togethers. Completely renovated in 2020, this tastefullydecorated home boasts a large, well equipped gourmet kitchen and coffee bar, a spacious great room,and a large dining table and adjacent island able to accommodate seventeen. The ground level floor,with game room and pool table, has a master king suite bedroom, a king bedroom, and a kid’s bedroomwith two twin beds and a trundle bed. The upstairs bedroom includes three king beds, and a teen roomwith two twin beds.Enjoy a fun filled day at the beach and then relax in the outdoor living space with large pool and plentyof seating. And don’t forget to bring the family dog, as Sandy Pants is a dog-friendly property.Private Pools are open from May 11, 2024 until October 5, 2024. This property is not equipped for pool heat. Pets are not allowed in pools.
