This unit is located upstairs (the entire top floor of the building) with an incredible ocean view. 8 foot sliding glass doors provide wonderful views of breathtaking Poipu Beach. Oak hardwood flooring in entry, living room, dining room and kitchen. The home is fully air conditioned for comfort and privacy. Tile floors in baths.The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire for details.The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private covered lanai for 2. The Master bathroom has a deep soak tub with 2 shower heads and double sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress and Egyptian cotton linens. The 2nd bathroom has a deep soak tub and shower plus double sinks. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds. There are granite counters in both baths and kitchen. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator and stove top with oven, full set of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Dining room seats 8 with additional space for more. A 50 inch TV in living room and TVs in all 3 bedrooms. A covered lanai with outdoor dining table for 6 and a BBQ grill.Our guests tell us they also appreciate our on property parking, high speed Wi-Fi, the use of beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and use of laundry rooms with detergent and dryer sheets. All are complimentary.Our office on property is available 24/7 and features a dedicated desk and computer/printer for guest use.We’re conveniently located in the heart of Poipu Beach: Several restaurants, a deli, surf shop, and mini market are all within easy walking distance. This is a resort area with many more restaurants, a grocery store and shops located less than a mile away.We are licensed to rent out for short term rentals. Some of the places being advertised on VRBO may not be allowed to do so and could put your trip in jeopardy if the county cracks down.
