Enjoy the smell and view of the ocean with a 5 minute walk to beautiful Old Orchard Beach. Located on a quiet residential street and only a 10 minute walk to the town pier and Palace Playland. Originally the cottage was visited for many summers by Rudy Vallee. One block from laundromat, restaurant, convenience store, miniature golf; four blocks from train station. Off street parking available. Everything needed to have a relaxing and fun-filled escape.Large, sunny deck, combined full kitchen and living area, 2 bedrooms on the third floor. Modern, comfortable living room with sofa double bed. Queen bed in master room. Other bedroom with trundle bed (2 twins) and cable TV and WiFi. Charming, private, clean and comfortable. Excellent reviews from my guests. Off-season (Sept–May) rates available upon request call 207.219.9440.
