Inside the home, your guests can enjoy board games while still enjoying the backyard pool views through the large sliding glass doors. Central air conditioning, light walls, wood flooring with mixed in tile flooring ensures that the desert heat stays outside.The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, large & small appliances, expansive countertops, and plenty of cabinet storage space to put everything away.Both bedrooms are comfortably outfitted and located on opposite side of the house to ensure one receives a restful night’s sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, can lights, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a King size bed, smart tv, and it’s own ensuite bathroom. Off the living room there’s a bonus room that features a twin size day bed, the perfect spot of a little one to enjoy some privacy. This room also includes it’s own ensuite bathroom. The Comfy touches mix with mid-century modern decor creates a wonderful getaway for you and your group. It’s the perfect vacation rental for entertaining and reveling in the Palm Spring lifestyle.Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
