Wake up early and watch a variety of native birds and wildlife on the property. At night enjoy roasting marshmallows and star gazing around the campfire ring. Swim and play in more than 400 feet of the crystal-clear water flowing from 2 – 6 feet deep. You will lose yourself in the quiet solitude and tranquility of the giant cypress trees and the rippling river. As you relax and enjoy the view of the Texas Hill Country, you will find enchantment with each visit.In Utopia, a half mile away, you will find restaurants, a grocery store, a convenience store with takeout pizza, laundromat and car wash.
