The house is furnished with fine furnishings from Tommy Bahama, Lexington and Century. It is outfitted with fine linens and kitchenware.The renovated second story home is over 1000 sq ft of indoor living space , plus a huge balcony with a dining area for 6 , plus couches. There is also a lovely front porch for taking the sunset or chatting up the locals.The house is configured with two bedrooms with queen beds, a pull out queen sofa in the living room, and a twin day bed in the front entry perfect for a child or overnight guest.The Tree House can be configured with the downstairs 1 bedroom1 bath Conch Haven for large groups sleeping 11 comfortably.Smoking is allowed on the porches and small pets are welcome.
