As you make your way up to the 2nd floor, you’ll find a loft area offering a 2nd living room with designer furnishings and a flat-screen TV. There is also a backyard balcony accessible from the loft, offering beautiful views of Camelback Mountain. The 3rd bedroom, the second primary, features a king bed and trundle bed offering 2 additional twin-size beds with a flat-screen SMART TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and stand-in shower. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen SMART TV, and the 5th bedroom features 2 full beds and a SMART TV. The 6th bedroom on the 1st floor has 4 queen size beds, bunk style, serving as a game room with foosball, ping pong, and a game table for board games or cards. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located off the 6th bedroom. the real highlight of this home is the backyard oasis!
