Welcome to Old Town Scottsdale! Our home is blocks from fabulous shopping, night life, art galleries, spring training baseball, golfing, hiking, fantastic dining, and casinos too. This luxurious 5 bedroom, 2 bath is a perfect setup for your stay in AZ! We offer a great setup with five true bedrooms – no goofy spaces and no bad “bedrooms.” The split Primary bedroom is large and has a king size bed and flat screen TV. There is another large bedroom with queen size as well on that same side of the house with access off the hall to the bathroom. Also there are three more bedrooms all with new Twin XL beds. Plenty of beds for sleeping. The living room area is large with a huge leather couch, new flat screen TV . Don’t forget about the pool table, hot tub, grill and pool! **THE POOL CANNOT BE HEATED at this house ! Welcome to Arizona at it’s finest. **TPT Tax ID number 21328735.
