This single-level patio home is completely surrounded by a high privacy wall with a swimming pool in the front yard. It has a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and one additional bedroom and bathroom. The large living room has Spanish architectural details such as a vaulted ceiling and ceramic tiles and is decorated with Southwestern flair. The living room opens out to the pool, the covered patio, and to a spacious Arizona room for comfortable indoor/outdoor living. There are sleeping accommodations for a total of six occupants (queen-size bed, two twin beds, and one queen-size sleeper sofa). The kitchen has a full-size fridge, gas range and views of an interior atrium. There is a formal dining room or guests can choose to eat outdoors at the pool. A gas grill is located on the patio. Finally, there is an Arizona room for extra toys or guests. The house has an attached two-car garage with laundry facilities.
