Located on the 4th floor you will be able to see beautiful sunsets from the screened balcony. The Pool and Spa are located in a garden setting with the Bistro Soleil Restaurant right next door.The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with access to the Porch. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. Laundry room is located near the main entrance to the Olde Marco Inn Lobby. Parking is located under the building; not assigned.You can leave your car at the building since there are 8 restaurants located with-in a 5-minute walk from this condo and shopping as well. The Kitchen has brand new appliances (NOT Pictured)Exit Clean may increase depending on length of stayCANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked.
