On the first floor there is a guest room, guest full bath, and guest suit. The primary suite & a second guest suite can be found on the 2nd floor. There is a private front patio that is surrounded by Old Florida landscaping, rear porch with sitting area & grill station, outdoor shower, open yard to play in, and parking is available in the front of the home as well as in the rear.
