This spectacular property offers 6+ acres in a wonderful location on Crabtree Point with outstanding views across meadows to Penobscot Bay. Believed to be the oldest house on North Haven, the traditional colonial is in excellent condition, and it has been tastefully updated while retaining its simplicity and historic character. With four bedrooms, elegant finishes, quality amenities, and lovely views, the residence is a classic summer house with today’s standards of comfort and style. The property includes expertly designed perennial beds, lawns, woods, fields and a newer in-ground swimming pool, plus access to trails on the 37 acre parcel of conservation land forming Crabtree Point.
