You and your family and friends will have the home to yourselves. The circle includes the world’s largest inclusive playground in the country, a new community building with classrooms, flexible event space, a history and archives repository, an artist in residence studio and meeting rooms, an inclusive baseball field, a farmers market pavilion, nature garden, open green space, and walking trails. Nearby Riverfront Park, set on the banks of the scenic Cooper River, surrounded by graceful grand oaks and peaceful vistas, is open to the public year-round. It hosts many large-scale events for the Food & Wine Festival, big concerts, and music festivals like Highwater Music Festival.BEFORE YOU ARRIVE•Email these items prior to your arrival:1) The best cell phone number and email address to reach you on your way here and during your stay. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need their best cell number and email address in addition to yours.2) Your preferred arrival time & incoming/outgoing flight information (note earliest check-in is 4pm, and latest check-out is 11am unless otherwise specified) so that I can most efficiently have the house complete and ready upon your arrival.3) A copy or picture of your photo ID (driver’s license/passport). Please be prepared to show this valid photo ID upon check-in. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need a copy of their photo ID in addition to yours.4) Signed Rental Agreement – Although a Standard Rental Agreement may be attached, I will email you a custom rental agreement specific to your dates, guest/pet list, & cost info. Provide a Guest List (first and last names and ages) plus pet information (age, weight, & breed of each) and dates in which each guest/pet will be staying. Please also include your home address.5) Parking – How many cars will you all have for the stay? There is a 2 car maximum at this property. Please park the cars in the driveway of the house to avoid any conflicts with lawn services.PROPERTY RULES•GUEST AGE – All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent.•PARKING – (2 Car Maximum at any one time) Only park in the driveway (no wheels on the grass, lawn service needs access to lawn should they come during your visit).•NEIGHBORS – Please be very cognizant and respectful of my neighbors; they report to me and/or police if anything is out of the ordinary.•DAMAGE – If anything is damaged or broken, please contact Ginger immediately.•NUMBER OF GUESTS & PETS – No overnight guests (or pets) unless confirmed through VRBO and/or previously agreed upon by Ginger.•NO GET-TOGETHERS, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.•NO SMOKING – Smoking is permitted outside only, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.•KEYS/DOORS/LOCKS – Make sure to lock all exterior doors when you leave any time during your stay.•HVAC – Please be cognizant and respectful of the temperature setting on the HVAC – set to around 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees during cold months when the house is not occupied and when you are checking out; ALWAYS keep fan setting to auto; NEVER turn unit completely off.•REQUIRED CLEANING – Feel free to use kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots, and pans, but be sure to thoroughly clean before returning them to cupboards.CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES – 11AM•LINENS – Please do not worry about making the beds (they are stripped and washed after every departure).•BATH TOWELS – Used towels should be left in a pile on bathroom floor or bathtub.•REQUIRED CLEANING – The kitchen, countertops, stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, etc., should be left clean.•HVAC SETTING – Please set HVAC temperature to 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees in cold months before you leave; do not turn unit off.•DON’T FORGET – Please call or text me as you are leaving to let me know that you are officially checking out.•KEYS/LOCKS – Please make sure all exterior doors are locked, leave the key on the kitchen island, and use the lower twist lock on the front door when exiting (ensure the door is locked once shut).HOUSE MANUAL•TRASH – The kitchen trash can and extra bags are located the kitchen; if it fills, the large outside trash and recycle bins are outside the back door.•RECYCLE – The recycle bin is behind the trash can in the kitchen; if it fills, the outside trash and recycle bins are outside the back door.•TRASH & RECYCLE COLLECTION – Every Monday Evening, please pull the outside trash bin (green) to the street for Tuesday morning collection and back once collected. Every other Wednesday evening, please pull the outside recycle bin (blue) to the street for Thursday morning collection and back once collected.•LAUNDRY – The laundry facility is located the hall closet.•CABLE – YouTube TV on both televisions.•WIFI – Network and Password are located on the front of the guest information binder.
