The house has 4 bedrooms and also has four couches plus a queen sized futon. The house can comfortably sleep ten people. The house has WIFI, a washer and dryer, two 50 inch flat screen TV’s with cable and a gas grille. Enjoy the lake and the water sports. House comes with kayaks, a canoe, a sunfish, a floating swim dock, and also has its own private beach. There are boat rental companies that you can rent boats from and you can tie the boat right to the dock approximately 15 yards from the house. Enjoy your favorite cocktail or roasting marsh mallows at the end of the dock. The nearby towns offer movie theaters, restaurants, bars, golf courses, hiking trails, and local lobster. Shawnee Peak is a ten minute drive around the lake. The back yard looks directly across the lake at Pleasant Mountain, home of Shawnee Peak Ski Resort.
