This cozy and charming one bedroom city view suite features a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. There is also a microwave and mini-fridge. Please note that this suite does not have a balcony or a kitchen; however, there is a restaurant and a breakfast café on site.The resort is directly on the beach featuring lounge chairs and tiki huts. Beach chairs and towels are included. The onsite amenities include Lobby Café, Coconuts poolside bar & grill, day spa, fitness center, pool, kiddie pool, playground (currently inaccessible), towel service, scheduled activities, mini market, Valet parking (fee), concierge, laundry facility (fee), complimentary local calls, and ice vending machines.UPDATE – Effective Aug. 11, 2023 The Pool, Pool deck and Coconut Bar & Grill is now open. Pool hours are from Sunrise to Sunset. Please note, Newport Beachside is still under renovation and amenities and services may be discontinued to facilitate the progress of the renovation project.
