The beautifully updated kitchen has all the furnishings you will need to put together any meal you’d like. Enjoy the elegant and comfortable furniture in the living room, outfitted with a couch and chairs all positioned to view the beach of course, but also the HDTV for the evenings, with cable. The guest bedroom also has its own TV as well. When you’re ready to hit the beach, you won’t have to walk far, as just outside the elevator, not 50 yards away, is the white powdery sands Lido Beach is known for, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the gulf deck for sunbathing and watching the waves. Take a walk along the beach, north or south, for miles, with no restriction of private property to stop you, and enjoy the soft rolling waves, the aqua blue water, and plenty of wild life. Fish right off the beach or nearby you can rent kayaks, motor scooters, and bicycles. You can also head to the large heated pool and do some laps or have some family fun. You’ll like the quiet Condominium community with its clubhouse, that has plenty of DVDs and a DVD player. The famous St. Armand’s Circle is within walking distance where you can shop and dine, day or night. The free trolley that runs early morning to late evening stops 20 ft from the front of LHS property and makes stops all along Lido Key and into downtown Sarasota. Other nearby attractions are Mote Marine, Pelican Sanctuary, and Jungle Gardens. Tampa is only one hour away with Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Tampa International Airport.It’s truly a paradise you won’t forget at Lido Beach, and you’ll want to come again and again! Minimum stay, 14 days. Some construction is occurring on the property, inside unit and view is not affected by this.
