APART DURING THE DAY. HOT TUB• THE HOT TUB WILL OPEN BACK UP, THE OWNERS AND GUESTS WILL HAVE TO TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WHILE IN THE HOT TUB. PREVENTATIVE MAINTEANCE PROGRAM• IF YOUR UNIT IS ON THE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE, CONTINUE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO SAL AND OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM, BUT INDICATE A TIME THE UNIT WILL BE VACANT SO THAT THE WORK CAN BE DONE WHILE NO ONE IS PRESENT. OUR STAFF WILL NOT WORK IN WITH GUESTS OR OWNERS PRESENT.• EMAIL UPDATES WILL BE SENT PERIODICALLY TO OWNERS REGARDING PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ON THE UNITS, A/C FILTERS, ETC.
