Welcome to Atlantic Terrace Condominiums on the beautiful Pompano Beach! Located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach, 33062 We offer a more private, atmosphere at our 4 story complex right on the beautiful pompano beachTHERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT TO US. THEY ARE BUILDING A 22 STORY LUXURY HIGH RISE. THEY WILL BE DONE WITH ALL OUTSIDE WORK BY JULY 1, 2024 AND ONLY WORKING ON THE INSIDE WHICH SHOULD CUT DOWN ON MOST OF THE NOISE FROM THE CONCRETE TRUCKS. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL BE IN AND THEY WILL BE DOING INSIDE WORK. MOST OF OUR GUESTS ALL SEASON HAVE NOT BEEN BOTHERED BY IT, BUT A FEW WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE NOISE. WE FEEL IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MAY BE BOTHERSOME TO YOU,, YOU MAY RECONSIDER BOOKING WITH US AT THIS TIME. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THAT THE CITY OF POMPANO ALLOWS. You may read our recent reviews if you are undecided.We are in a perfect central location. Open Floor Plan Studio Condo and is just perfect for 2, but can sleep 4. Located on the 3rd floor & yes we have an elevator! It has everything you need for the perfect stay at the beach! There is a little cove area right outside your door, in front of the laundry room, which guests like to use as a little sitting area. We have 2 high back chairs there for you to sit and look out at the ocean.A queen size bed in the bedroom area & a full size futon/sofa bed in the living room area with all linens provided.There is a 42′ flat screen located in the living room & a 32″ flat screen in the bedroom. We also have free wifi.The unit has a full kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and many cooking utensils. We supply beach towels & beach chairs, hair dryer & iron/board.Our pool is heated, and has a nice patio with nice loungers, chairs, & tables for your comfort. Our pool steps down to our private beach area with 2 grills, additional tables, chairs and loungers.Your Free parking space is located right in front of the building close by the elevator. There are laundry rooms located on the 2nd & 3rd floors.We have many regular guests who continue to come back over the last 15 years, that absolutely love it here! This complex is located off A1A between Atlantic Ave and the 14th st. causeway, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! approx 1/2 mile south of the lighthouse.There is a lot of construction going on in the Pompano area & next to us. If you think this would be bothersome to you, maybe reconsider Pompano Beach.** We strive to make every one of our guests as comfortable as possible & to enjoy their stay. We DO NOT allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for guests staying only. All units are non smoking. We also have limited parking. Each condo has 1 free parking space in front of building. We do not have additional parking available for visitors. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this condo.
