Full kitchen, and all amenities, new sofas with covers towels etc. umbrella on back deck . Watch the sunsets while grilling out. NOT pet friendly : However there are reasonable pet boarding co. Near by . Step out from back deck to the beach . One bedroom has a king bed & the 2nd Bdr upstairs has a qn size bed. Down stairs there is a full size love seat bed and two couches, enough to sleep 6 -8 w/ kids only This town home is on the beach wake up to the sound of the waves and public access and tiki bar & Sand Bar across the street & Tiki right next door Currently updated all new flooring and tastefully remodeled .Cleaned with the Disinfectant . Grill and Umbrella on the back deck. Doors must be closed after opening due to the suction from the ocean . Garage closed available during “BIKE Week” only.The Tiki bar is open from the beach .Beach accessories to the left at the beachcomber hotel. Where you will see chairs and umbrellas for rent. Steps to the beach from this unit. Ez 3 spaces :parking & located at the Y round about by City Hall which is convenient to access back beach Road. For backed up traffic. Minutes from all local restaurants Pier Park and across from Winn Dixie. All customers recieve 10 % discount when returning. Cameras for entrance for safety internet& comfort.
