Across the path, you have shared access to the riverside BBQ and picnic area.With the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz within a short drive, this location is centrally located to many fun tourist spots, hiking trails, beaches, and wineries.This condo offers parking for one car in the carport below this home. For guests traveling with extra vehicles, we recommend parking in one of the two large parking lots just a minute’s walk away where you can park for free overnight and a small daily fee.*Laundry is communal. Management will will always do their best to make sure machines are functioning; however, they are not guaranteed.
