With a private beach and a great deck facing the spectacular Provincetown sunsets, this is a picture perfect getaway spot! Situated directly on the bus route to Provincetown, you can even leave your car at the condo and take the bus into town, avoiding parking fees, and making it easy unwind, party a little in town, and let someone else do the driving.The Space:This lovely condo has a sleeper sofa suitable for sleeping two, and a master bedroom with queen sized bed, making this a perfect couples retreat, but also suitable for a small group. It’s an excellent spot for a family beach vacation, with a brand new in-unit washer/dryer, so you can pack light and make yourselves at home.There is a convenient full bath with a shower, and a tidy, well-appointed kitchen, perfect for preparing a light breakfast at home to enjoy on the beautiful deck.This space has been recently updated, and all details are stylish and thoughtful. With plenty of natural light, this is an inspiring and peaceful getaway. Cozy enough to be comfortable for a solo stay, but with plenty of room to sleep 4, bring your nearest and dearest, or treat yourself to a beachfront refresh!The Neighborhood:Enjoy Ptown: fabulous dining, great clubs, beautiful beaches, art galleries, sailing, kayaking, biking the streets or great nearby National Seashore trails. Local rentals for bikes, boats, and kayaks. Special Attractions: Nightclubs & entertainment, National Seashore, Ptown Harbor, Ptown Tennis Club’s , Truro’s spectacular Highland Links golf course, Wellfleet’s expansive Mass Audubon area.Getting Around:Home is right on the P-town shuttle route; step out the door and hop a ride to P Town. Very walkable and bikeable area.Other Things to Note:• Guests must supply own sheets and towels.• Smoking: all Lexvest properties are smoke-free. To respect the homeowner and other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings and within 50 yards of buildings and/or outdoor amenities. If you smoke, we reserve the right to charge a $1,000 smoke remediation fee.• Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property. We cannot accommodate weddings, or any events with outdoor music, catering, excessive alcohol, etc. Any party or gathering is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and removal from the property with no refund.• Cleaning: the property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.• Rental Agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a Rental Agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.• Guest Count: please reserve the property for the actual number of guests in your party; no additional guests are permitted without host approval. Guests may not sublet the property.• No refunds: while we make every effort to ensure that the property and all amenities are available to guests during their stay, we make no guarantees and we do not refund guests for unavailable amenities; utility outages; weather, etc. We advise guests to exercise caution in inclement weather. Guests bear all responsibility for their safety and ability to access the property.• Damage Waiver: to protect the property and its contents, we require guests to purchase an accidental damage waiver with $2500 of coverage. Please report any damage immediately to us to avoid charges or responsibility for damage. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage, removal of items from the property, and any damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: during the busy summer season, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. If you are interested in arriving early or departing late, please contact us in advice. If we are able to assist, we reserve the right to charge a small fee, which helps us recoup the cost of rescheduling cleaners.We urge guests to pay close attention when enjoying nature, weather can change quickly and wild animals can be surprising. Because temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate widely, even in the height of summer, we recommend packing sweaters and light, cold-weather gear just in case. Depending on the activities you plan, we recommend packing hiking, running, swimming, horseback riding, and/or running gear. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin when walking outside, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall. For other clothing, most all venues around are very casual.
