Located at 1203 A Street in Belmar, our 3 BR, 1 BA home has a new outdoor shower, central A/C & heat, fully stocked kitchen with new dishwasher, paver patio with seating for 6, bbq, dining areas in & out, 1-car driveway, fenced-in PRIVATE yard, and W/D in basement. Includes 4 Belmar beach badges (needed for ages 13+). Bath towels and bed linens provided.Families ONLY: 5 adults MAX. One small dog welcome (Pet fee applies). Owner assumes any and all liability for any damage or injury caused by their pet and will keep the dog leashed while on the porch or outdoors at all times.RATES:SUMMER 2024:Memorial Day – June 21: $3,045/week +$250 cleaning fee, $75/week utilities/cable.
