Cancellations before October 1st will be assessed 10% of the total stay. Cancellations after October 1st are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented. Reservations are refundable in the event of COVID-19 area shutdowns which prohibit outdoor sporting activities or that require mandatory traveler quarantine. Travel insurance may be purchased for sickness or flight cancellations.Please note that due to recent legislation in Aspen, rentals with a check in date after May 2022 will incur an additional 10% bed tax.
