Besides what is already stocked and prepared for our guests, anything else needed or desired is either a walk or bike ride away. Here’s what you’ll find in this downstairs unit:LIVING/DINING AREA:- Large sectional leather sofa- Streaming Cable TV & Wifi- French doors open to front patio with ocean view- Dining table w/ seating for 4KITCHEN:- Basic supply of dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware- All major appliances; small appliances- Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)BEDROOMS:- Bedroom #1: 2 sets of Twin bunk beds- Bedroom #2: King bed, Streaming Cable TV- Primary Bedroom: King bed; en suite bathroom, Streaming Cable TVEXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:2 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best used for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired.
