The master bedroom has a desk with a monitor, keyboard, and smart tv with cable. The second bedroom has a smart tv as well.Two parking spaces are available- one in front of the garage and one in the garage.Congdon’s Donuts and food truck park are practically next door and there are lots of other great restaurants within walking distance including Billy’s Chowder house, The Steakhouse, and Batson River Fish Camp Brewery and Distillery.Wells Beach is one mile and just one stoplight away and there are several other beaches in town as well.
