The home is nestled on 10 wooded acres with a walking trail. The living room has powered theater seating, so everyone can recline (charge their cell phone if need be) and enjoy a movie.Sleeps 6 (1-King Sized Bed, 1-Queen Sized Bed, & 2-Twin XL Beds):The master bedroom features a king sized bed (sleeps 2) with a private bathroom, walk-in closet & AC. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 2) and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has two Twin XL beds (sleeps 2) and closet space.This home is minutes from Ye Nyne Olde Holles Golf Course, Whiting Park Beach, Sommerset Yacht Club, and the Ironton Ferry. Hop on the Ironton Ferry to spend the day shopping/dining in the City of Charlevoix and take in the sunset over Lake Michigan or travel the winding road along Lake Charlevoix to Boyne City and enjoy the fun summer festivities offered here all summer. Boyne City, East Jordan & Charlevoix are all within 8 miles of this vacation rental home!For winter skiers, Boyne Mountain is a 13 mile drive going through Boyne City. Before hitting the slopes in the morning, stop at the Boyne City Bakery for a hot coffee and one of their famous crepes to take with you!
