A full balcony with six chairs and a table is located on the second level. It provides a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Gulf. (There is no balcony access on the lower floor.) A separate laundry room with washer/dryer combo is located on the first level. This condo is perfect for a family of six.IMPORTANT! The second floor is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, so this condo is NOT AVAILABLE for the disabled or children under 3.Only families are accepted. A MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 6 GUESTS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. External video surveillance is in use.No parties are allowed.This family-friendly resort has two huge outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, an arcade, a Tiki bar, a small convenience store, a restaurant, an indoor movie theater, a charcoal grilling area, a huge well-equipped fitness center, and an attached 5-story parking garage.SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any trace of smoking in the condo will result in a $250 Damage charge.PETS (INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) ARE PROHIBITED and carry a $250 per day charge.BOOKING CONDITIONS:1.
