This is the most sought after location on the Lake!The main floor features 20-feet-high ceilings, wood floors and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The family living area includes a fireplace, mounted TV, dining area and furnishings pulled together with a decorator’s eye. Fully equipped and updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, ice-maker, dishwasher and coffee maker. Kitchen utensils, linens and towels are provided … even beach towels are made available.The master suite upstairs has its own full bath and loft reading area with love seat. Master bed is a California king and bedroom includes two built-in twin beds for families with little ones. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, both with queen beds.The basement has a huge living area, fireplace, and the fourth bedroom. It includes a foosball table for family fun. The fourth bedroom two bunk beds, each with two twin beds. The basement opens up to the patio with a fire pit overlooking the lake.Just outside the basement door is a storage room full of fun toys such as tubes, noodles, kayaks and life jackets. Help yourselves!This home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, guys or girls weekends. Beyond the lake, this location offers many nearby attractions such as: top-rated golf courses in Georgia, luxurious Ritz spa, University of Georgia football, historic town of Madison, Augusta National Golf Club and outstanding nearby restaurants.Note: Please advise host if you are planning to rent or bring a boat to dock at the house.
