Home was fully renovated in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at large kitchen island. Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and enjoy! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for quick, easy access to swim. Home has lots of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grill, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.A little more info on our renovations…Some pictures currently posted and more to follow, as work is still in process.Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New flooring, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap….there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom.
