A rarity to have a sand beach on the bay that shallow instead of bulkhead and deep water! Awesome for young kids as the water does not drop off till you get to the channel hundreds of feet out and don’t have to worry about the young ones being swept by waves in over their head. The Bay is calm and perfect to lounge around on one of the 2 Giant rafts offered or take a swim in the warm waters. The house also comes with a 5 person paddle boat, 7 kayaks, 18 bikes, 4 stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, Crab traps, Fishing poles, and lots of floats and tubes. We even provide you with 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 beach buggies to cart all your gear in.Walk to local restaurants, Ice cream shop, Beach shop and fishing stores. In a great area for biking and only a few block walk to the beach. Island is very narrow at this point.There is a large ground patio with dinner seating for 12 and separate lounging area as well.
